- Successfully established a tournament operations workflow and ran the League
- Improved the previous years overall processes
- Successfully met Ubisoft targets in viewership and stream uptime

Con:
It's important for me to recognise areas of improvement and in this case, we had a series of issues during the finals due to circumstances outside of our control and we should have been faster at solving the ultimate issue that resulted in the broadcast being shortened a bit.

The deliverables were still met, however.

in 2022, along with my colleague Pauline Puybareau (another Esports veteran in Siege), we pitched a presentation to Ubisoft France to attempt and get the run of the biggest National League at the time: the French League.

We successfully convinced the publisher to manage the League for an allowed budget significantly smaller than It had been until then, without sacrificing its quality and with very little lead time (the League was starting a couple of weeks after we got hired).

This included the run of tournament operations, including the group phase and playoffs as well as all broadcasts, which involved a weekly stream on the official French R6 Twitch channel and a live playoffs event in studios (for talent and observer).

This project ran all the way from April of 2022 until September
